Wine Evolution or Wine Revolution?

Boathouse by Montarahosted an interactive “Wine Evolution or Wine Revolution?” dinner at the beautiful Sunset Lounge atop Boathouse Wine & Grill on March 28th, 2014. 

The four-course dinner showcased a unique menu creation by the resort’s own Executive Chef Bryan Burger, combining Boathouse’s classic elements and contemporary flair. Each course was paired to perfection with traditional and modern wines especially selected by Wine Director Georges Ciret.

We hoped that the experimental wine dinner allowed guests to develop greater appreciation for the intricacies behind winemaking, and more acute awareness of their own personal preferences.
