Thailand Tatler launched Thailand’s Best Restaurants 2012, an annual publication that features all-new reviews of the top 150 dining establishments in Bangkok as well as the best in the major resorts of Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Chiang Mai on March 27, 2012, at Fashion Hall, Siam Paragon.
