"Chef Tummanoon is not the type who seeks to mystify or turn
cooking into an art form for a select few. Quite the opposite, in
fact. He delights in showing just how simple Thai cooking is,
dashing off a culinary gem in a few minutes."
Peter Malherbe
Sunday Times, South Africa
"Punchun’s classes have a hands-on style that enable everyone
to feel ready to be a sous- chef by the end of each day."
