An Elegant Six Course Dinner Featuring the Finest Wines from New Zealand's Cloudy Bay Vineyards

Established in 1985, Cloudy Bay Vineyards is situated in the Wairau Valley in Marlborough at the northern end of New Zealand's South Island. This unique and cool wine region enjoys a maritime climate with the longest hours of sunshine of any place in New Zealand. 

THB 2,500++ per person, including wine reception and dinner with wine pairings

7.00pm - Chandon Brut reception with canapés at the Boathouse Wine & Grill 
7.30pm - Six-course dinner created by Chef Bryan Burger using the best local and imported produce, paired with Cloudy Bay wines

Sous vide and served with puffed quinoa, avocado and roe

Veal Cheek
 Braised in Asian spices with creamed potato and shaved fennel

Goat's cheese and pear tart with toasted pine nuts and prosciutto
